Eminent Roofing Solutions

  • Do I have to pay my deductible?

Yes, you are required to pay your deductible. Attempting to avoid this payment is considered insurance fraud. Be cautious of companies offering to incorporate the deductible into their costs, as this is illegal. Engaging in such practices could result in serious legal consequences for both you and the contractor.
  • What type of shingles do you use?

We primarily use CertainTeed Landmark shingles, which are class 3 impact-resistant architectural shingles with a lifetime warranty. Our secondary choices are Owens Corning Duration and GAF Timberline. We select shingles based on the best value for our customers, prioritizing quality over profit margins.
  • How do you protect our yard?

We lay tarps during the tear-off process to catch debris and nails. After tear-off, we conduct a thorough inspection and use a magnetic roller to collect any stray metal objects. We repeat this process after job completion to ensure your yard is clean and safe.
  • What's the process for my new roof?

Our roofing process involves seven key steps: 1) Removing existing materials and inspecting the roof deck, 2) Applying new synthetic felt, 3) Replacing all facets including drip edge, pipe boots, and vents, 4) Installing ice and water shield in critical areas, 5) Laying new shingles, 6) Placing ridge vents on all peaks, and 7) Conducting a final magnetic sweep of the yard for any loose nails.
